Featuring a Commando sole in a refined Goodyear-welt construction and full calf lining.
This shoe, like all the other Carmina´s, is carefully manufactured by expert craftsmen who follow the exact same techniques that Charles Goodyear created in 1869.
Style made on Oscar last, which is known for its round tip, low instep and standard fitting. Oscar is sturdy and classic, with a subtly rounded toe and wide at the toe area.

Oscar is sturdy and classic, with a subtly rounded toe and wide at the toe area. This last pairs well with casual models with a traditional touch, and it works perfectly on shoes produced with thick leather and rubber soles. It is one of the lasts that works best for Horween Shell Cordovan shoes and ankle boots. Although it has little presence for the time being, this last will have a great future due to its great fit.

Waxy commander is a waxed suede leather that will give your shoes a very casual look. There are very few tanneries left in the United Kingdom, from what used to be 300 up to now, with 30 at the most. One of the oldest and most familiar tanneries today is Charles F. Stead in Leeds, which has been producing the highest quality suede since 1890. Waxy comander leather is of those leathers that will age beautifully. You will have a unique pair of shoes with rich dyeing that work with the waxes during wear. This leather has wonderful natural water-resistant properties.
